Nylock lock nuts

Design

CaraView Mirror System is designed to be mounted on vehicles with a full front protection bar or bull bar typically found on all full-size 4 Wheel Drives (4WDs).

The system is simple to mount on the bar using the supplied stainless steel clamps. It is also simple to remove when needed.

Construction Details

  1. Main frames are made from RHS steel
  2. Main frames primed and painted
  3. Bullbar clamps are made from stainless steel
  4. Supplied with rubber strips for bullbar protection
  5. Nuts and bolts are stainless steel
  6. Nuts fitted with separator washers to prevent binding
  7. Nylock (self-locking) nuts are used for tensioning brackets
  8. Brackets are made from Aluminium
  9. Mirror heads and mirror brackets are made from stainless steel
